Two people. Both senior.
There is no account manager in the middle. You brief the person who does the work, and that is the person who picks the phone up when something needs changing.
We are in Newcastle, and most of what we work on is within an hour of it. Being on site for a shoot or a survey is a short drive, not a day of travel.
Two of us is the point. It keeps the work senior, keeps the price honest, and means the person on the shoot is the person who edits it.

Designs it, writes the code, keeps it running.

Within an hour of Newcastle.
Team Valley is the base. Shoots and surveys happen in person, so most of the work is in Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and the coast, and a client further out gets told what the travel adds before it is spent.
